Launching a New Project: “Leader Stories” — To Inspire, Not Just Instruct
We’re excited to announce the launch of a new internal initiative in our company — “Leader Stories.”
This is more than just a video series — it’s a living chronicle of the journeys our colleagues have taken to achieve success within the company. Filming has already begun in our studio, and the first episodes are now in post-production.

What is this project about?
“Leader Stories” features honest interviews with our team members who have grown from newcomers to confident specialists or managers. It’s about challenges, decisions, growth — and most importantly, people.

The goal is to inspire new employees by showing that career growth in the company is real, achievable, and accessible to anyone who is ready to invest in themselves and their work.
