Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. When and how to take?

Every day, 30 million people in the world take non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. But how exactly do they work?
When an inflammatory reaction occurs, nerve receptors send pain signals to the body. These signals appear due to a chain of complex reactions and interactions between cells and chemical compounds.
Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) reduce inflammation by minimizing its direct effect on pain nerve stimulation and sensitivity, as well as reducing inflammation and swelling.

NSAIDs vary in effectiveness and duration of action. They are used to relieve pain in the joints, back, or injuries. The most popular examples of drugs of this group are Ibuprofen, Diclofenac, Meloxicam.

In order to choose NSAIDs, you need to answer several questions:
– is it acute pain or chronic?
– does the patient suffer from peptic ulcer disease, chronic kidney or heart diseases, or bronchial asthma?
– has there been a reaction to any other medicinal product?

For complex therapy in severe pain and inflammation, System Pharm has two NSAIDs in its arsenal.
For acute pain – Tenіkam – a powerful European tenoxicam for long-term pain control.
For chronic pain – Pharmaxicam – reliable and affordable meloxicam.
Before using the medicine, be sure to consult a doctor and read the instructions for the medicine.
