It’s not a secret that the thyroid gland plays a major role in the normal functioning of the body. But often we ask ourselves how often and for what symptoms is it necessary to examine the thyroid gland?

❓ HOW CAN I SUSPECT THYROID FUNCTIONAL IMPAIRMENT?
Below are a number of signs and complaints that may indicate an imbalance in the work of this body:
• poor tolerance of the hot season;
• tendency to freeze and it is very difficult to keep warm (colder than the people around);
• weakness, decreased memory, weakening of attention;
• an unmotivated increase in body weight over the past six months – a year;
• puffiness of the face, swelling of the eyelids, swelling of the palms;
• the voice became coarser, deaf;
• dry skin, rough skin on the palms and feet;
• yellowish coloration of the skin of the palms;
• fragility and delamination of nails;
• thinning, brittle hair;
• discomfort in the throat, sensation of “lump” in the throat, not associated with nervous overstrain;
• feeling of dry eyes, “sand” in the eyes;
• hearing loss, tinnitus;
• recurrent neuritis;
• the appearance of snoring;
