The System Pharm company supported the “Birds of Victory” Initiative, which was launched in March of this year

On August 21, as part of the “Birds of Victory” initiative, another 272 drones and one anti-drone gun were handed over to defenders of several different combat formations. Thus, starting in March of this year, the initiative already achieved its goal in August (delivering 1,000 drones to the front), because in total, defenders received 1,152 drones.

We will remind that the founders of the “Birds of Victory” project are Oleksandr Tishchenko, the former head of the Lviv Regional Territorial Center for Procurement and Social Support, and Ihor Dulyn, the head of the NGO “Dobro.Diy”. The project is being implemented with the support of Lviv OVA.

“Another 272 drones are going from Lviv Oblast to our servicemen on the front lines as part of the “Birds of Victory” initiative. Among these birds there is a thousandth drone, and much more! In less than 5 months, we managed to hand over 1154 drones to our defenders! They decided to continue the initiative. The next goal is another thousand drones by the end of 2023. And then – all the way to victory,” said the head of the Lviv OVA, Maksym Kozytskyi.

Among the 272 drones handed over today: 240 FPV drones (combat), 31 Mavic drones of various configurations (reconnaissance), 1 Matrice 30t drone, as well as 1 anti-drone gun.

Military personnel of the 103rd and 125th separate brigades of the Armed Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and the 24th separate mechanized brigade of the Armed Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine received drones and an anti-drone rifle. King Danyla, the 77th Separate Aeromobile Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the 80th ODSH Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the 7th Tactical Aviation Brigade, units of border guards and intelligence officers.

“We try to distribute drones in such a way that they are where they are most needed. The military sends us official requests and we distribute drones accordingly. In general, the budget of the project is approximately UAH 80 million. Ukrainians are strong in their unity. Today, the government, military, business, journalists, state and public organizations united to collect these drones. For this, I say a big thank you to every partner!”, Ihor Dulyn emphasized. Oleksandr Tishchenko noted that the project will continue until Ukraine wins. “It will be another thousand (drones – ed.). This project will exist until the complete victory of Ukraine over the invader. When we started the project, we were worried that the 1,000 drones would be delayed until next year, but after seeing how many willing people joined us, we realized that the project will continue, and I think that by the end of the year we will hand over another thousand drones. Thank you to everyone who participated,” said Oleksandr Tishchenko.
