GENERAL INFORMATION
Candiclin (sertaconazole) contains a dual azole molecule and a benzothiophene radical.
CANDICLIN:
- Provides comprehensive fungicidal, fungistatic, and anti-inflammatory effects
- Destroys microbial plasmids within biofilms
- Convenient to use – 1 pessary per treatment course
COMPOSITION:
Active substance: sertaconazole
1 pessary contains 300 mg of sertaconazole nitrate.
Excipients: anhydrous colloidal silicon dioxide, hard fat.
PHARMACEUTICAL FORM
Pessaries.
Main physicochemical properties: oval-shaped pessaries, white or almost white in color.
INDICATIONS
Local treatment of vaginal candidiasis.
METHOD OF ADMINISTRATION
Adults: insert 1 pessary deeply into the vagina, preferably while lying on the back, in the evening before bedtime, once daily. If the clinical signs of the disease do not disappear, the treatment may be repeated after 7 days.
STORAGE CONDITIONS
Store in the original packaging at a temperature not exceeding 25°C.
Keep out of the reach of children.
