is a balanced complex of biologically active plant-derived ingredients developed to support the physiological functions of the female body.

Recommendations for use:

May be recommended as a dietary supplement to the daily diet as an additional source of biologically active substances, including 3,3′-diindolylmethane (the active form of indole-3-carbinol), trans-resveratrol, as well as plant-derived compounds contained in Vitex agnus-castus extract (aucubin, agnuside) and broccoli extracts (glucoraphanin, sulforaphane). This complex of biologically active ingredients helps support the normal functional state of the mammary glands and the female reproductive system.

Composition (1 capsule contains):

3,3′-diindolylmethane (DIM, diindolylmethane) – 200 mg; Vitex agnus-castus extract (standardized to 0.6% aucubin and 0.5% agnuside) – 150 mg; trans-resveratrol (90%) – 100 mg; broccoli seed extract (standardized to 0.1% glucoraphanin) – 50 mg; broccoli seed extract (standardized to 1% sulforaphane) – 40 mg; magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide; capsule shell: gelatin.

Directions for use:

Adults should take 1 capsule 1–2 times daily during or after meals with a sufficient amount of water. The recommended course of use is 3 months. Further duration of use should be determined individually by a physician.

Warnings: This dietary supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Do not use after the expiry date. Horobra capsules have a characteristic odor of indole compounds, which indicates the natural origin of the raw materials.

Do not use if:

You have an individual intolerance to any of the ingredients, are under 18 years of age, or are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Storage conditions:
