GENERAL INFORMATION
LADYMEC is a gynecological suppository based on dimexide.
Dimexide (dimethyl sulfoxide) is a substance with pronounced anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, and anti-edematous properties. One of its important characteristics is its ability to increase the sensitivity of microbial flora to antibiotics.
COMPOSITION
Dimethyl sulfoxide (Dimexide) – 150 mg
Excipients: suppository base.
INDICATIONS
LADYMEC may be used as part of combination therapy for:
- Mixed infections (colpitis, vaginitis of bacterial, fungal, or viral origin)
- Bacterial vaginosis (non-specific infection caused by Gardnerella vaginalis)
- Itching
- Enhancement of microbial flora sensitivity to antibiotics
METHOD OF USE
LADYMEC is administered as 1 suppository 1–2 times daily.
Course of treatment: 5–15 days.
If necessary, the course may be repeated.
