REGIANORM

is a medical device in the form of vaginal suppositories designed to moisturize and restore the vaginal mucosa. Thanks to the combination of hyaluronic acid, aloe extract, and tea tree oil, it helps maintain the natural level of hydration, supports tissue regeneration, and promotes comfort in cases of vaginal dryness and mucosal irritation.

Intended Purpose

REGIANORM suppositories are intended to support the proper functioning of the mucous membranes and tissues of the female urogenital system.

The product is used to help restore and maintain vaginal moisture in conditions associated with discomfort, inflammation, and vaginal dryness caused by estrogen deficiency (including after medically induced menopause, surgical menopause, physiological menopause, postmenopausal period, and postpartum period), during prolonged use of medications that may cause vaginal dryness, for the restoration of the vaginal mucosa in inflammatory conditions of the vagina (bacterial vaginosis, nonspecific colpitis), in cases of cervical erosion, after visiting swimming pools, saunas, or natural bodies of water, after excessive use of soaps, gels, or douching, and to enhance comfort during sexual intercourse.

It also supports recovery after childbirth and surgical procedures.

Composition

Each suppository contains:

• Semi-synthetic glycerides (hard fat)
• Tea tree oil – 0.01 g (10 mg)
• Aloe extract – 0.050 g (50 mg)
• Hyaluronic acid – 0.010 g (10 mg)

Functional Properties

Hyaluronic acid is a natural polysaccharide present in many body tissues and responsible for important biological functions. Due to its polymeric structure, hyaluronic acid can retain water molecules on the surface of mucous membranes, helping to maintain hydration. It improves tissue elasticity and firmness and supports tissue regeneration.

Aloe extract enhances local immunity, promotes regeneration of mucous membranes and tissues, accelerates granulation and epithelialization processes, and supports the healing of fissures and erosions.

Tea tree oil possesses anti-inflammatory, antifungal, and antiseptic properties.

After vaginal administration, the semi-synthetic glycerides forming the suppository base soften under body temperature and dissolve in the vaginal environment, creating a protective film on the mucosal surface. This protective barrier supports regeneration, immune defense mechanisms, and healing processes.

The biologically active components of REGIANORM suppositories provide moisturizing and restorative effects, enhance the regeneration rate of the mucous membranes of the female reproductive tract, and help restore the physiological pH level.

Directions for Use and Dosage

For vaginal use only.

Wash your hands thoroughly before use.

Separate one suppository from the blister strip along the perforation line. Pull apart the edges of the film in opposite directions to remove the suppository from the white polymer film cavity.

If the suppository is too soft, place it in a refrigerator for a few minutes or hold it under cold running water before removing it from the blister.

Insert one suppository deeply into the vagina once daily, preferably in the evening before bedtime, for 7–10 days, or as recommended by a healthcare professional.

The course may be repeated if necessary.
