Intended Purpose:

PHARMAPROST suppositories are intended for use in cases of changes (including age-related changes) in the functional condition of the male pelvic organs. They help reduce inflammation and swelling of the prostate gland, improve the functional activity of spermatozoa, restore erectile function, maintain bladder muscle tone, improve urination, accelerate tissue recovery, and support the normalization of functional status following prostate surgery.

Composition:

Each suppository contains:

• Semi-synthetic glycerides (hard fat)
• Prostate extract up to 0.03 g (30 mg), containing 3.5 mg of water-soluble peptides
• Pumpkin seed oil – 0.4 g (400 mg)
• Amaranth seed oil – 0.1 g (100 mg)

Functional Properties:

Prostate extract contains a complex of biologically active peptides that exert a regulatory effect on tissue metabolic processes, normalize the secretory function of epithelial cells, reduce swelling, improve blood circulation, normalize bladder muscle tone, positively influence the functional activity of spermatozoa, and improve urination.

Amaranth seed oil contains biologically active substances with antioxidant and immunostimulatory properties, providing anti-inflammatory, wound-healing, and regenerative effects.

Due to its natural properties, amaranth seed oil actively promotes oxygenation of organs and tissues, supports rapid and effective tissue regeneration and epithelialization, and enhances the body’s resistance to viral, fungal, and bacterial infections, as well as exposure to ionizing radiation. Improved tissue oxygenation significantly enhances the delivery of prostate extract peptides to the prostate gland.

Pumpkin seed oil exhibits anti-inflammatory, wound-healing, and regenerative properties. The antioxidant properties of vitamin E contained in both pumpkin seed oil and amaranth seed oil help preserve the biological activity of the prostate extract.

With prolonged use, the biologically active components of PHARMAPROST suppositories help reduce inflammation and swelling of the prostate gland, positively affect sperm functional activity, erectile function, and bladder muscle tone, improve urination and microcirculation in prostate tissues, and support tissue recovery and normalization of functional status after prostate surgery.

Directions for Use and Dosage:

For rectal administration only.

Wash your hands thoroughly before use.

Separate one suppository from the blister strip along the perforation line. Pull apart the edges of the film in opposite directions to remove the suppository from the white polymer film cavity.

If the suppository is too soft, place it in a refrigerator for a few minutes or hold it under cold running water before removing it from the blister.

Insert one suppository deeply into the rectum, preferably after bowel evacuation.

Use 1 suppository 1–2 times daily for 5–10 days, or as recommended by a healthcare professional.

The course of use may be repeated if necessary.

Possible Adverse Reactions:

The use of any topical product, especially for prolonged periods, may cause allergic reactions. Symptoms may include burning sensation, itching, soreness, or redness.
