DIAGAMMA

Solution for injection, 2 ml

DIAGAMMA is a certified and officially registered medicinal product in Ukraine containing a combination of vitamins B1, B6, and B12. The product is intended for intramuscular injection and is supplied in ampoules as a red-colored solution.

Administration of this combination of B vitamins supports normal metabolism, enhances the production of neurochemical and signaling molecules, improves blood circulation, and contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system. Scientific studies have shown that a significant proportion of the population in developed countries is deficient in one or more B vitamins. For this reason, some researchers believe that medicinal products containing vitamins B1, B6, and B12 may help improve brain health and central nervous system function in many patients.

Important! Due to the presence of lidocaine, an allergy test should be performed before administration. The medicinal product should not be prescribed to children. It should not be used during pregnancy or breastfeeding, as the doses of vitamins exceed the maximum recommended daily intake.

Incompatibility:

Thiamine is incompatible with oxidizing and reducing agents, including mercuric chloride, iodide, carbonate, acetate, tannic acid, iron ammonium citrate, as well as sodium phenobarbital, riboflavin, benzylpenicillin, glucose, and metabisulfite, since it is inactivated in their presence. Copper accelerates the degradation of thiamine. In addition, thiamine loses its activity when the pH exceeds 3.

Vitamin B12 is incompatible with oxidizing and reducing agents and with heavy metal salts.

In solutions containing thiamine, vitamin B12, like other B-complex vitamins, is rapidly degraded by thiamine degradation products (low concentrations of iron ions may protect against this effect). Riboflavin, especially when exposed to light, also promotes degradation, while nicotinamide accelerates photolysis. Antioxidants exert an inhibitory effect on these degradation processes.
