DIAGAMMA

General information

DIAGAMMA is certified and officially registered in Ukraine medicine, which contains B1 vitamins in its composition, in combination with vitamin B6 and B12. The medicine intends for intramuscular injection. It is available in ampoules in the form of a red liquid. This group of vitamin usage improves metabolism in the body, increases the production of neurochemical and signaling molecules, improves blood circulation, and normalizes the functioning of the nervous system. Research data show that a large part of the population of developed countries lacks one or more vitamins of this group. For this reason, some scientists believe that the use of medicines containing vitamins B1, B6 and B12 will improve the brain and central nervous system health in many patients.

Composition

1. Thiamine hydrochloride (В1) – 100 mg;
2. Pyridoxine hydrochloride (В6) – 100 mg;
3. Сyanocobalamin (В12) – 1000 micrograms.

Excipients: lidocaine hydrochloride, alcohol, benzyl, sodium polyphosphate, potassium ferricyanide, sodium hydroxide, water for injection.

Indications

In this dosage form, the medicine is most effective in the neurological diseases treatment of various origins. In particular, medicine has a beneficial effect in the case of neuritis and neuralgia, diabetic or alcoholic polyneuropathy, facial nerve damage, radicular syndrome, retrobulbar neuritis.

Application

The medicine administered intramuscularly. In the acute course of the disease, 2 ml of the solution prescribes 1 time per day. After removing the acute phase of the disease, the medicine prescribed in 2 ml no more than 2-3 times a week. The treatment duration cannot be less than 1 month.

Important to know: due to the content of lidocaine, it is necessary to conduct an allergic test in the patient. The medicine should not be prescribed to children. Pregnant women and during lactation should not use the medicine in this dosage since it exceeds the maximum allowable daily allowance.
