PRIMANEIRA
is a dietary supplement based on acetyl-L-carnitine and nervonic acid, designed to support the normal functioning of the nervous system. The active components of the formula participate in the energy metabolism of nerve cells, helping to improve metabolic processes in nervous tissue and maintain its normal physiological condition under everyday stress. The supplement also provides antioxidant protection for the body. It may be recommended as an additional source of biologically active substances in the diet.
Composition
1 capsule contains:
Active ingredients:
• Acetyl-L-carnitine — 250 mg
• Nervonic acid (Acer truncatum Bunge extract) — 100 mg
Excipients:
microcrystalline cellulose, calcium stearate, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide.
Capsule shell:
gelatin.
Recommendations for Use
This dietary supplement may be recommended as an additional source of biologically active substances, including acetyl-L-carnitine and nervonic acid. It helps support the normal functioning of the nervous system and protects cells from the effects of free radicals due to its antioxidant properties.
Directions for Use and Recommended Daily Intake
Adults over 18 years of age: take 1 capsule 1–2 times daily, regardless of meals, with a sufficient amount of water.
It is recommended to take the supplement for at least 1 month. If necessary, the course may be repeated 2–3 times per year. The duration and repetition of use should be determined individually by a physician.
It is recommended to consult a physician before use.
Warnings
This dietary supplement should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Do not use after the expiration date. Use during pregnancy and breastfeeding is possible only upon a physician’s recommendation.
Contraindications
Individual intolerance to any of the components, children.

Additional Information*
Nervonic acid is a monounsaturated omega-9 fatty acid that is a component of sphingolipids, including sphingomyelin, cerebrosides, and gangliosides, which are key structural constituents of the myelin sheath surrounding nerve fibers.
It plays a role in the formation and maintenance of myelin structure, which is essential for the conduction of nerve impulses. Nervonic acid may be involved in the development and functioning of the nervous system, including the support of cognitive functions [1–3].
Acetyl-L-carnitine is a biologically active form of carnitine involved in cellular energy metabolism, particularly in the transport of fatty acids into mitochondria and the regulation of energy production [4]. Acetyl-L-carnitine exhibits antioxidant and membrane-stabilizing properties, influences the functional state of neurons and mitochondria, and participates in the modulation of nerve growth factor and cholinergic processes [5,6]. In addition, acetyl-L-carnitine is involved in the restoration of nerve cells, particularly through the synthesis of phospholipids in cellular membranes [7].
The combination of nervonic acid and acetyl-L-carnitine may help support structural and metabolic processes in nervous tissue, thereby contributing to the maintenance of the normal functional state of the nervous system.
