Horobra – a dietary supplement for supporting metabolic balance and women’s comfort.

Horobra is a balanced complex of biologically active substances of plant origin, developed to support the physiological functions of the female body.

Recommendations for Use

As a dietary supplement to the daily diet, as an additional source of biologically active substances: 3,3′-diindolylmethane (the active form of indole-3-carbinol), trans-resveratrol, as well as plant components contained in extracts of chaste tree (aucubin, agnuside) and broccoli (glucoraphanin, sulforaphane).

The complex of biologically active substances helps maintain the normal functional state of the mammary glands and reproductive system organs in women, may help reduce discomfort in the breast area and reproductive organs during the premenstrual period, and also has antioxidant effects.

Composition (1 capsule contains):

Active ingredients:
3,3’-diindolylmethane (DIM) — 200 mg
Chaste tree extract (Vitex agnus-castus, 0.6% aucubin, 0.5% agnuside) — 150 mg
Trans-resveratrol (90%) — 100 mg
Broccoli extract (Broccoli seed extract, 0.1% glucoraphanin) — 50 mg
Broccoli extract (Broccoli seed extract, 1% sulforaphane) — 40 mg

Excipients:
magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide.

Capsule shell:
gelatin.

Directions for Use

Adults: take 1 capsule 1–2 times daily during or after meals with sufficient water.
The recommended course of use is usually 3 months. Further duration of use should be determined individually in consultation with a physician.

Warnings and Contraindications

Contraindications: individual intolerance to components, children, pregnancy, and breastfeeding period.

This dietary supplement should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use after the expiration date.

Form and Storage Conditions

Form: capsules with content weight of 546 mg ± 9%.

Storage conditions: store in the original packaging at a temperature from 4°C to 25°C in a dry place, protected from light and out of reach of children.
